Customer Reviews
Reviews submitted on product pages. Delete anything spammy or inappropriate.
Reward settings
No customer accounts needed — points are tracked by the email a customer pays with (or optionally leaves on a review), and computed on the fly from orders + reviews. There's no live "my points" page yet, so customers see their balance in their order confirmation email, and on the order-success page right after checkout.
Look up a customer's points
Award bonus points manually — e.g. for a video review, since there's no upload feature for those yet.
Promo codes
Fixed $ or % discount codes customers can enter at checkout. Reward-milestone vouchers appear here automatically, tagged "auto".

⚠️ Advanced settings
Do not edit these unless you know what you're doing — incorrect values here can break outgoing order emails or online payments.
Outgoing email (SMTP)
Leave all of this blank to send order emails from our default address — that's the normal setup and nothing else is needed. Only fill this in if you want order emails to come from your own inbox instead; once you set your own account here, it's yours to keep working — get these details from your email provider. Emails will be sent as this address, using your store name as the display name.
Save first, then test — this sends a real email using whatever's currently saved.
Stripe (payments)
Leave blank to keep online payments disabled — the storefront shows "Payments coming soon" until the connected account and the active mode's webhook secret are set. Both a test and a live secret key can be on the server at once (in .env) — this toggle picks which one the store actually uses, so switching modes needs no server-side edits.
